HOW THE SIZE YOU ORDER IS MEASURED:
We make CUSTOM, MADE TO ORDER vinyl lettering, decals, numbers, saying’s, slogans, logo’s, and other designs.
Please send us message using the “MESSAGE TO SELLER” link in the listing with the following details:
1.) TEXT (send us your text EXACTLY as you would like (caps, punctuation, spaces, etc.)
2.) FONT STYLE (select font style from ebay listing or if you know the name of a specific font you want, just let us know as we have over 66,000 fonts available)
3.) COLOR (One Color selection per order)
4.) SIZE (will be selected at time order)

We use quality Heat Transfer vinyl. The vinyl that we will use in this listing is Stahls’ Fashion-Film.
The Fashion-Film vinyl has an average durability of 50 washes.
The vinyl is easy to apply and will stick to most cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, Lycra/spandex and much much more…

Custom made to order lettering transfer decal using your information. No Background
Will ship pre-spaced and ready to apply, letters are not individual
You may cut the decal to create individual letters, sections, or groups (if not a script style/touching font style)
Up to 24 characters per order quantity of 1 and for sizes 1/2″ High through 4″ High and lower quantities as size increase (see size when ordering for number of characters included for that size)

Lettering Decal Production Process:
The Heat applied Vinyl decal/lettering Process is simple: You send us the details for your vinyl lettering project and we turn it into a custom transfer decal. The key information we need to collect from you is:

Size
Color
Text, Numbers, Phrase, Words, Symbol
Font Style
Maximum length (if required)
We then process this information using computer aided tools to create a vector file. We send this vector file to our cutter/plotter. This physical cutter cuts the outlines of your decal. We then weed the decal by pulling all of the excess vinyl off of the backing. Once complete we then cover the back of your decal with top cover sheet holds the graphics for easy application. The item is then shipped directly to you for application!

Q: How fast will you ship my Personalized Lettering Decal?
A:
We will process your orders and ship within 24 hours of cleared payment AND receiving ALL of the information needed to complete your order! Large orders take a bit longer. The sooner we receive your payment and details the sooner we are able to process and ship your custom decal!
Q: Am I able to use a different font style than what you offer?
A:
Yes. If you have a specific font you would like, please let us know as we have over 66,000 to choose from. Also, please keep in mind that the fancier the font the more time it takes our team to weed, thus we may charge more to produce your decal. Additionally, keep in mind that if you use a font style that has thin lines, the thinner the actual area of adhesion to the surface becomes. The install also becomes more delicate.
Q: Do you have a font preview design tool?
A:
No, we currently do not have a preview design within our Ebay listing (but are working on it!). We can always send you a layout proof or preview if you send us a message and request prior to making payment.

Purchasing multiple items:
If you purchase more than one item, please request a total from me before paying for your items as Ebay does not automatically combine shipping for multiple items. We will combine all of the items, determine the cheapest shipping method, and add it to your product total and send you an invoice. We will ship the items to you the “least” expensive way unless you tell us that you want your item sent “expedited shipping”. You may contact us for a shipping quote if you would like before completing your transaction. We will do our very best to get your items out the same day as we receive cleared payment but at the very least, your items will ship out within ONE business day.
International Buyers:
We will ship to international buyers, but please contact us for international shipping costs. Please note that all import duties, taxes and customs charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item pricing or shipping cost. Any other charges as mentioned are the responsibility of the buyer.
